change your mind, change your life…

I offer therapy for people who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and create lasting change. Treatment is tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a place to explore what is happening internally and externally in your life, from anxiety, depression, and self-doubt to relationship stress, identity questions, and recurring emotional patterns. Together we identify what is keeping you stuck and work toward greater clarity, stability, and self-trust.

Couples, family & relationship work

Couples therapy can help partners better understand the cycles they get caught in, communicate more honestly, and rebuild a sense of trust and connection. This work may focus on conflict, intimacy, attachment, communication, resentment, or the stress that life transitions place on a relationship.

Substance use & coping patterns

I work with Clients who want to better understand their relationship to substances or other coping behaviors that may once have helped but now create more pain than relief, therapy can support greater insight, accountability and healthier ways of managing emotional distress.

Men’s health

I offer therapy for men who want space to think more deeply about identity, confidence, intimacy, self-worth, relationships, and masculinity in today’s world. Some men come in because they feel disconnected from themselves; others are struggling with shame, loneliness, anger, dating, direction, or the pressure to keep everything together alone.

Mind-body and lifestyle awareness

For clients who are interested, therapy can also include reflection on the relationship between emotional well-being and daily habits such as sleep, routine, stress load, nourishment, and energy. This is not a rigid wellness program, but a broader and more compassionate way of understanding mental health as part of a whole life.
