Before we begin
You can start by scheduling a free 15–20 minute consultation call. This is a chance for you to share what brings you in, ask questions, and get a sense of whether we feel like a good fit. There is no obligation to continue if it does not feel right.
First few sessions
In our early sessions, I will ask about your history, current concerns, and what “living better” would actually look like for you. We will define a few concrete goals and talk openly about pacing, frequency, and any preferences or worries you have about therapy.
Ongoing work
As therapy continues, we will notice themes, experiment with new skills, and regularly check in about how you feel therapy is going. I welcome feedback—if something is not working, I want to adjust with you rather than have you quietly tolerate it.
